Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the Kwazy website, app and mini-apps (the "Platform") and to purchases from the Kwazy merch store (the "Store"), run by Kaamyup Private Limited. By using Kwazy you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's consent. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login details safe. Please give us accurate information.

2. Beta and waitlist

Kwazy is in beta. Features may change, break or be removed. A waitlist position is not a guarantee of access, and we may change how invites are given out.

3. What you build and share

• You own the apps and content you create on Kwazy.
• You give us a worldwide, free licence to host, run, display and share that content so the Platform works, for example to let your friends play your app. The licence ends when you delete the content, except where others have already saved or remixed it.
• You are responsible for what you create and share, and must have the rights to any material you upload.
• AI-generated output can be wrong or unexpected. Check it before relying on it.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Kwazy to:

• Harass, bully, threaten or impersonate anyone.
• Share illegal, sexual, hateful or violent content, or anything that harms children.
• Collect other people's data without consent, send spam, or spread malware.
• Infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights.
• Break, overload or reverse-engineer the Platform.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Our brand and characters

The Kwazy name, logo, the Kwazy Monster Universe characters and their artwork belong to Kwazy. Buying merch does not give you any rights to use them commercially.

6. Merch orders

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• An order is confirmed only when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email or message.
• Product photos are close to the real thing, but colours and prints may vary slightly across screens and batches.
• We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is out of stock, mispriced or the order looks fraudulent.
• Shipping, returns, exchanges and refunds follow our Shipping & Returns policy.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Platform is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim about a merch order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

8. Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or the law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in [City] have exclusive jurisdiction.
